PhD Nutrition Battery +/3is a fast acting carbohydrate drink, it has been formulated to give you the energy you need to hit a high standard of training.
This productcontains a blend of three key carbohydrate sources. These are designed to work differently.
The three different carbohydrates are Fructose, Dextrose and Maltodextrin.
Fructose is a sugar. It helps with energy levels and has a fast absorption rate giving you that quick burst of energy that you need while at the gym.
